Restoring History to Create Luxury Residences in Tarporley
Ascot Developments is proud to present the Wild Boar – an iconic listed building in Tarporley that is set to be transformed into a luxurious residential development. The project involves the sensitive restoration of a 35,000 sqft historical listed building, formerly a hotel, into 14 luxury residences. The Wild Boar manor house on site will be refurbished as part of the project, bringing new life to a high-status residence originally constructed in 1886.
Standing at three storeys tall with a tower of four levels, the Wild Boar Hotel has been designated a Grade II listed building by the National Heritage List for England, making it a highly sought-after residential location by those who appreciate history and architectural beauty.
Beeston Towers, now known as the Wild Boar Hotel, is a stunning former country house near the charming village of Beeston in Cheshire, England. Initially built in 1886 for John Naylor, a prominent timber merchant from Warrington, the historic building boasts a rich past.

This restoration scheme will deliver magnificent and practical homes, blending old-world charm and modern convenience. The Wild Boar is set to become a highly sought-after residential address.
