The Wild Boar manor house on site will be refurbished as part of the project, bringing new life to a high-status residence originally constructed in 1886.

Standing at three storeys tall with a tower of four levels, the Wild Boar Hotel has been designated a Grade II listed building by the National Heritage List for England, making it a highly sought-after residential location by those who appreciate history and architectural beauty.
